After each Puja, I feel like I fall into the darkest night of my soul. I cry, I get angry, I freak out, all the dirt comes out, I get sick with colds and sprains, and everything around starts to break, and with every Puja I say, 'I can't take it anymore, I won't sign up again.' I seem to hate myself in those moments, but after the 3rd Puja, I started to accept this and to be grateful, I came to understand where and why all this is happening…
And then dawn comes 👁
Everything that has broken is either replaced with something better or simply disappears (and it turns out it's better without it), what hurt I learn to heal, my state changes.
At the first Puja, I was just sitting and waiting for miracles. I was told — let go of expectations. The miracles didn't happen.
And then a year later, I found myself living a completely different life.
I smoked for 16 years and it really gave me pleasure, wine on Saturdays, a complete lack of direction in life, and antidepressants as the cherry on top, my husband is acting up, my child sucks all the joy out of life with tantrums… fast forward… 1 year without nicotine (easy), 2 years without alcohol (I feel sick at the sight), my husband — a dream (he even asks to join the Puja), I'm calmer with my child, I know the root cause of our conflicts and I'm working on it. A sudden desire led me to teach Yoga and laid out the most harmonious path, although I never thought about it before. A lot has changed. I no longer argue with relatives, my parents have become softer, grievances have disappeared (I healed myself). I started communicating with the Spirit and trusting him and myself… I can't list everything.
I was waiting for miracles so much that I didn't see them right in front of my nose. And this 1 year felt like 2 lived lives.
There were many tears, it was hard, but it's impossible to create something new, beautiful, and wonderful without clearing out the old and unnecessary))
Everyone goes through this process differently, some don't need to be cleansed — they fly into the stratosphere of enlightenment from the first Puja, while others get tossed around and pick up a lot, but step by step everything changes, the main thing is to make an effort and help this process.
Hugging you 🤗...
