This is my second puja. The first puja was for my husband, last autumn. We have two children close in age, not yet school-aged. My husband and I have always had misunderstandings regarding material values, debts, and loans that he hid from me, alcohol on his part. Now I understand that this is my fault and that the person reflected my inner state, where I economized on myself, went through myself, and forgot about my desires. Three months after the first puja, we almost divorced for the second time, and thankfully everything changed; there was a turning point when he didn’t come home for the night. Then he realized, went to work in shifts for a higher salary, wants to pay off his debts faster, and quit drinking. The puja really changed our paths; we were supposed to part ways, but it turned out that my husband is just not around, but we are together, and mutual understanding has emerged between us; we started to communicate, talk emotionally, and not close off from each other.
