I entered this wonderful space yesterday evening. Today while walking, I felt pain in the sole of my foot, where my heel is. Wow, I only listened to one session yesterday. I stopped, directed healing through my breath, and everything is wonderful 🤟.
I am so happy that I succeeded 🎉...
