Yulia, I got unraveled here, such transformations are happening, sometimes ultra frequencies press on my ears, sometimes my skull aches, my throat burns with fire, I haven't slept for four nights because of the pain, but the spirit showed me how to fully control the body, different yoga poses, which seemed impossible, but in them, the tension just goes away and it's pleasant 🤪 (I'm generally far from yoga), like a shamanic dance with my participation, but it produces itself and after it, all energy centers are activated, like 100 masseurs kneading me 🤩. It's like a miracle!!!
My eyes are being reset, they swell and get infected, one then the other. (I understand that it's not gentle and not careful and not harmonious, apparently I wanted to feel it)
