I had my first Puja (past lives) on Sunday.
My condition improved in the moment.
In the area of my heart, I feel a constant warmth, such interesting warm dense energies, as if something is constantly melting. This is unusual for me, as I do not possess any extrasensory abilities, maybe they are just not revealed yet.
The most important change for me is that the permanent aching emotional pain that tormented me for 8 years has gone, nothing helped.
My mind is clear, thoughts are bright, there is a feeling of calmness and silence, my body is resting from past sufferings.
