Yesterday right after the cleansing I ran to the bathroom, my body was cleansing too, I realized that the cleansing was fire 🔥 I am currently sick, with a terrible dry cough and a stuffy nose, hard to breathe... But in the morning I woke up at 5 am well-rested, my nose is weakly, but breathing, my throat is just fine 🔥 there is a bit of cough, but that's natural.... I am full of energy, I took out the sadhu nails from the dusty shelves and decided to introduce them into my regular practice, I turned the whole apartment upside down in the process of tidying up 🤣 but this mess still needs to be sorted out before the next cleansing.
