It felt like pressure in my chest from the inside, my solar plexus, the left side of my brain was burning, like with metallic needles arranged in a crystalline lattice. My heart was pounding hard and there was expansion in the heart chakra and in my head. It still rings in my head and ears, a slight itch all over my body.
