A year ago, I didn't know ANYTHING of what has now become ordinary and habitual. Every day I am in touch with my spirit, I receive channelings, I have opened my vision of the subtle plane, I can heal programs and blocks, I feel and read the space better. I can receive messages from nature and animals, feel minerals - what is suitable for whom.
Also something simple but significant for me - I learned to stop the mental blender of negative thoughts, I used to fall into it for a long time, but now I realize and exit.
