Oh my!!! How I am unpacking after yesterday's practice!!! It's something incredible!!! I see how processes are happening within me and I feel them! And now I have opened up so much that words cannot express!!! A friend is in Sri Lanka, has been in an unclear state for two days, my spirit tells me to look at her, I start to look at her and she has such a wonderful process going on, it's as if she is wrapped in an energy ball and energy is being let in, and as the flow started, her deceased mother came to me and through her conveyed a message for her to let her go, and it was so clear, and I felt my friend's pain of loneliness so strongly, then my spirit showed me how my friend closed herself off inside with her mother's soul, as if with some kind of armored glass, they were like in this box, and she held her, saying I will not give you to anyone, mom, and I will not let you go!! I expanded so much! And my friend, as long as I have known her, always feels lonely and trusts no one, neither God, nor the world, nor people!!! And now I understand why! It was such a deep process!!! And now I sat down to practice after this, and observed how energy flows through the crown into the third eye! This is wow! Just wow!!!
