Yulya, friends, I want to share my feelings before and after yesterday's practice)
I am still at the beginning of my journey, I am working on everything, but I can definitely say that yesterday and today I feel more and more the power of what I am really creating around me, events, space, my state! This confidence that was talked about in yesterday's practice, Yulya describes, I feel it waking up, and even if fears that I am used to arise somewhere, I now look at them from the outside, rather than living through them from the inside🥹 this is certainly powerful🥹 each of us is a Creator❤️❤️❤️ and when you detach yourself from yourself and just become a Creator, it is very magical🥹🥹
And if we talk about the practice - my back was burning in the area of the spine, from the bottom up like a wave and it was really hot, especially in the lower back, I have never felt anything like this❤️...
