The session was unreal!!! Just cosmic. After the session, I did Kundalini yoga, and by the end in Shavasana, I flew somewhere... this almost never happens, I usually do other activities right after yoga, but here as soon as I lay down, I just stayed lying there, but already in a trance. My body felt heavy and tired, as if I had worked a lot physically, even though I had been sitting at home all day.
During the session, I just cried. Even though I got distracted a lot, the energies and words from Yulia hit the right spot, right in the heart. ❤️❤️❤️❤️...
