I couldn't quit smoking! I tried many times but always had the urge to smoke. I went to the Puja and didn't even question it or work through it, I went in October and just one day I refused cigarettes and e-cigarettes. I threw them out everywhere, and the same situation happened with alcohol. And I just don't have it now. I don't even remember or think about gatherings. My life has completely changed and I am still undergoing a transformation as a person. Sometimes it’s very difficult but there’s no turning back, I don’t want it to be like it was.
