My feelings... during the process there were tears, and in the flow of practice with the swings, I got really cold, very cold, it seemed like all the warmth left my body, even though it was very hot in the apartment. The practice ended, and again, I warmed up 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I am thrilled with the session. It was Wonderful ❤️🙏☀️☀️☀️
