And here's how it turned out! Initially, there was an agreement on the cost of 1 month and the second security payment!!! From which I was supposed to pay 80% for services!! Now the tenant is ready to make 2 payments to me AND is paying the agency's commission himself π and that's not all... during the construction holidays, the tenant will pay the minimum rental cost for 4 months β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ God, how is this???
