It feels like at first I was looking at everything through my own eyes from my body, then I was somehow lifted higher and higher, and the picture becomes broader and fuller! 🥰✨✨ Here is an example of how the puja cleanses from karma and old programs. There was a story in September, I was already signed up for the November puja and the field had already begun to work 🔥🔥🔥 Before the last puja, I had about a month of feeling covered by such a strange and heavy energy, as if it wasn't mine, but at the same time something light was coming in. I sat down to meditate and such things started to come out! I suddenly saw my mother's lineage standing diagonally from me. I saw how many programs there were, how much pain, fear, violence, all the women of the lineage stood in a row. And in an absolute flow, I began to speak aloud the words that I later wrote down, I repeated this text like a mantra and realized that it was coming in poetic form. Each word echoed in my head, a sea of tears poured out of me, I could see how these women were freeing themselves from this heaviness, it was indescribable, I was shaking all over. At some moments, strange sounds were coming from me, I was moaning, growling, as if everything that had been accumulated over generations was being released through my body and throat chakra.
